All Student Athletes joining MS Track:
First Practice is MONDAY, March 10 from 3-5 pm.
**You must have a current sports physical on file to practice.**
Bring a water bottle!
Gym shoes required. You may also bring spikes, but they will not be used for all practice sessions.
Please change and meet outside the locker rooms by 3 pm. Dress for the weather. You should be sitting against the wall.
If you are still in a winter sport, you may attend that practice until your season ends.
March practice schedule and track gear forms (optional) will be passed out next week.
