Students who are 16 will need a signed permission slip (17-year-olds & older do not need a permission slip), which can be obtained in Ms. Doan's or Mrs. Kindig's rooms. Student donors should eat real food (like a protein!) and DRINK WATER in preparation for donating! You will feel a LOT better and have a much smoother donation if you do those things.
